Buy the level 5 Intensity Gear in the Royal Expeditions Shop. If you can prevent it do not spend credits on the lower level intensity gears.

Other Ways To Get It

The lower level Intensity Gears are typical rewards for various events. You can get them from the player vs player encounters in the Catacombs and for the Catacombs weekly ranking rewards. The level 4 intensity gear can be acquired via the Market Stall, for wood. The gold is too expensive in my opinion. There is also a Shooting Gallery field with some Intensity Gears.
