Best Way To Get It

Using the credits to purchase them daily from the Spire Loot is the best way. Large amounts are also available in the Spirit Altar shop, if you are not patient enough. Upgrading all gemstones to level 6 takes a lot of refining points.

Other Ways To Get It

The lower level Refining Stones ((I) and sometimes (II)) are typical rewards for (seasonal) events. There is a Lucky Shot field with various higher level Refining Stones and Gemstones.

Gemstones can also be used as refining points.
