It seems like every week at least one new gear set is introduced in Mobile Strike, and it will be too expensive to manufacture every new equipment. We have provided a new tool that makes it easy to compare any two Gear Sets so that you can have quick insight in whether the new Gear Set is stronger enough compared to your current Gear Set to warrant the extra investment to get the new one.

In the gears overview there is a new section with gear sets. By selecting any of these you get an overview of the totals (boosts, cost, material requirements) for a complete set of Lvl 6 Gear of the Gear Set.

We have recently been experiencing some technical difficulties with the server our website is hosted on. We have chosen to migrate the website to a new hosting company. This should happen during the coming days within any downtime, however during this time any updates you might make to our database (e.g. by registering, updating your profile, planning infernos) might get lost. We suggest you either wait with such changes until the migration is completed, or you double check on any changes after the migration. At the footer of each page we have temporarily added an extra indication which reads either (via old host) or (via dreamhost). As soon as it reads (via dreamhost) the migration is completed and it is ok to make changes again.

The Cores and Pieces from Game of War have been introduced in Mobile Strike. In Mobile Strike the Pieces are called Attachments and the gear made with Cores and Attachment is referred to as Prototype Gear. In the Armory it states that Cores and Attachments can be acquired by hitting Rebel Targets and in special sales. More on this later.

The new Manufacturing Research Tree has been added. Just the basics as far as known to us at this moment, which are the boosts and special skills for all levels, the prerequisites, resource and special items requirements for level 1 research of each project. It is much appreciated if you could share with us information about the research tree as you are researching it.
For Game of War players, where the previous 4 trees were, besides some name changes, identical, this one is different. Both the requirements for the individual research projects, but also the layout of the tree and the prerequisites differ. The only thing I do not see in Mobile Strike is the 6 Crafting Refinement projects, for the rest everything seems to be available.
As was common practice in Game of War, part of the tree is not yet available.

The new Economy gear to increase the training Troop Queue has been added. Since there was no good training gear at all, besides the expensive Chest Candy, this gear is actually quite useful (the construction and research time reduction gear hardly have any use since there is in most cases more useful construction and research speed increase gear). With a full Lvl 6 set you get a 15,000 Troop Queue increase, which is significant compared to the 5,000 Troop Queue for one Lvl 21 Training Grounds. Maybe it is too early to jump to conclusions, I still need to craft at least one piece and do the math, but if this works out the way I expect this could be a reason to pull down one or two Training Grounds and replace them with Banks to speed up training. As long as I still work on growing my army I prefer to have as many Banks as possible to increase Troop Training Speed, not yet too worried about hospital capacities and the combat boosts Training Grounds and Hospitals are providing, since I am mostly shielded.
