Troop Training Calculator Extended with Tier 5

The Troop Training Calculator has been extended with the information for tier 5 troops. There is still some additional work to be done, e.g. include event points for tier 5 troops, include resource reduction cost settings, but it should already be useful as it is now, to plan your Troop 5 Training Sessions.
