Mod Set Comparison Tool Updated

We have updated the mod set comparison tool in the same way as the gear set comparison tool.
The new setup focusses on making a comparison between all boosts, showing per boost the values with and without including mod set bonuses, but no longer focusing on the amounts for each mod separately.
