VIP 160 Data Added

The new VIP levels (151-160) have been added. Our VIP Guide, VIP Levels Data Overview and VIP Difference Calculator have been modified accordingly. So far we only added the details of VIP 160, the other 9 levels will follow shortly. Reaching VIP 160 from VIP 150 takes 29.9 BT VIP points. Major new features are the Boost Presets, huge increases in Combat boosts, and using multiple VIP items.
