Welcome to the Commander Talent Tree Planner for Rise of Civilizations. This Tool should help you plan what the best talent tree configurations for each of your commanders are, without having to do this in game, which might costs in game credits to experiment and is lacking a number of the functionalities that this tool has, such as maximizing on selected buffs, getting clear overviews of the acquired buffs, auto-filling of prerequisites etc. You can save multiple sets, not only for one for different commanders, but even multiple different configurations for one commander. With this tool it becomes very easy to run "what if" scenarios with only a minimal of actions and no in game credit cost.
Before you do anything, visit the Game Parameters section to input for each Commander how many Talent Points you have available, this will be used by the tool.
As you will see, there are 2 functionalities in the tool, one being to set those boosts that you want to maximize the points for, the other being Fill Prerequisites.
Choose the Boosts you want, hit "Fill Selected Boosts" and the tool will automatically backfill the minimum number of points to advance down the tree, maximizing the selections you have made. If you have many points left over, add some more Talent Projects... but if you are over the limit, remove some. Depending on how the numbers fall, it may be advisable to remove some points from the maxxed tiles so you end up with a 0 balance of points remaining.
An alternative approach is to fill in some projects you are interested further down in one of the trees and use the Fill Prerequisites to auto fill in all the required projects.
Once you are happy with what you have created, save the configuration and use it to manually set it in the game.
