The Basics

Match and Merge in 3D. Shoot blocks into a field, when identical blocks touch, they merge and turn into a block of double values. Merged blocks jump around, potentially merging with other blocks, but can also end up on top of other blocks. Goal is to get a block with as high value as possible.

Difficulty

The game seems to me quite easy. On the first try I got to 16,384 before I decided to stop playing.

Variation

The lack of having different levels means zero variation in this game.

Visually

Looks very nice, with those blocks jumping around.

Free vs Paid

Free to play, but there are many ads after merging higher level blocks. You can remove the ads for a small amount.

Is It Any Good?

I give Chain Cube: 2048 3D Merge Game 7 out of 10 stars. Addictive for a short while, but soon the lack of variation and difficulty become evident.
