The Basics

The main game is a merge game where you have to merge 3 or more identical items to let them evolve to something better. By doing this you can slowly extend and improve a garden. In addition there is a Match 3 game where you have to swap tiles to make matches of 3 or more tiles to complete goals to beat levels and get items to place in the garden of the main game.

Difficulty

The merge game is very simple, and I assume it stays this way as you progress through the game. The difficulty is likely in the Match 3 game.

Variation

The Match 3 games gets more complicated with different goals and different type of tiles, which keeps it interesting.

Is It Any Good?

I give Merge Gardens 7 out of 10 stars. This mix of two different games looks great, but just doesn't work for me.
