How Do I Get Basic Development Ingot? To my knowledge there is no quick and easy way to get this. You need to keep killing monsters and running barbs and each time there is a relatively small (compared to Combat Ingot) chance you get some Basic Development Ingot (for barbs in the standard Barb Chest).
